The Newest Member of the Growing Swarm Family
May 8th, 2025, Atlanta, GA – Swarm FC is excited to announce that Real Athletic Development (RAD) has officially joined as the latest affiliate and proud member of the growing Swarm FC family, forming RAD Swarm FC. This new partnership is designed to elevate the developmental experience for both players and coaches in the RAD community, aligning with Swarm FC’s nationally recognized commitment to elite development, opportunity, and long-term success.
As RAD Swarm FC, players from both the boys’ and girls’ programs will now gain access to elite player pathways through a variety of Swarm platforms, including the Swarm National Teams, the USL Select Series, and Swarm FC’s professional USL pathway. This elite network provides a robust player development structure for high-performing athletes striving for collegiate and professional opportunities.
Swarm FC is the exclusive North American Academy Partner of Brentford FC, a top-tier club in England’s Premier League. Through this connection, RAD Swarm FC players will have access to international identification opportunities, global scouting exposure, and the chance to participate in international player tours, placing them on the radar of top programs and clubs worldwide.
This partnership also extends significant benefits to coaches within RAD Swarm FC. Through Swarm FC’s comprehensive Coach Education Platform, RAD coaches will receive support through in-person training, online development, and direct mentorship from Swarm FC & Brentford FC professional coaching staff. The collaboration includes international coaching trips, as well as immersion into Swarm FC’s broader network of coach development resources and leadership opportunities.
