Recruitment Education Understanding the college recruitment process is crucial. The College Pathway Program offers seminars and workshops on creating standout athletic resumes, compiling highlight videos, understanding NCAA eligibility requirements, and effectively contacting college coaches.

Campus Visits, College Fairs, College ID Camps To help athletes make informed decisions, we can organize campus visits and host college fairs and ID Camps where students can interact with college representatives, learn about various programs, and experience campus life.

Application and Scholarship Assistance Navigating the college application process can be daunting. Our program provides step-by-step assistance with applications, essay writing, and securing letters of recommendation. We also guide families through the financial aid process, helping identify and apply for scholarships and grants.

Family Involvement We believe in a holistic approach that includes family support. The program hosts informational sessions and regular meetings with parents to ensure they are well-informed and can support their child’s journey effectively.

Mentorship and Alumni Network The College Pathway Program connects current athletes with program alumni who are playing or have played college soccer. This mentorship network offers insights, advice, and encouragement from those who have successfully navigated the path to college soccer.

Professional Pathways and Exposure Through our partnership with Brentford FC in the Premier League, select players may be provided with opportunities for trials, scouting, and exposure to professional environments. This includes participation in showcase events and Professional combines designed to attract attention from professional scouts.

Career Counseling and Education The program offers guidance on the professional soccer landscape, including contract negotiations, agent interactions, and career management. We emphasize balancing a potential soccer career with educational opportunities to ensure a well-rounded future.
